Riccardo Rigamonti
Independent researcher and editor
Riccardo Rigamonti curates AnxietyBattle. He is not a doctor: he is an independent researcher who reads studies and guidelines on anxiety and turns them into clear, honest information. In his reviews he does not sell the supplements or remedies he assesses and has no clinical conflicts of interest; whenever a piece contains affiliate links or points to paid resources, he discloses it transparently. He has lived with anxiety for over thirty years, and it is this first-hand experience, combined with a critical, evidence-based approach, that drives every article. This content is for information only and does not replace advice from a doctor or a mental health professional.
My approach
Every article starts from a real question someone with anxiety is asking, and looks for an honest answer rather than a slogan. I read the primary sources (studies, guidelines, recognised diagnostic manuals), compare them and translate them into plain language, always stating where a fact comes from. I do not sell the supplements or remedies I review, and I disclose any affiliate links or paid resources transparently: that editorial independence lets me tackle even the uncomfortable questions that people who sell supplements would rather avoid.
Why I write about this
He has lived with anxiety for over thirty years. That first-hand experience does not replace advice from a professional, but it helps me understand which questions really matter and write with empathy, without scaremongering and without easy promises.
